BRF company started in 2003 as a technical support group for every kind of transfer machine. Thanks to its high qualified staff, which experience comes from years working in this field, soon it started to specialize in full retrofitting, with EC Conformity Marking.
Its work quickly overtakes national boundaries: the Company begins to increase its business in Europe and USA. This achievement comes from BRF's ability to completely customize and revamp transfer machines from hydraulic to CNC, taking advantage from staff's know-how and availability to customer's needs. The last step was to develop and design its own complete Transfer Machine, from the drawings to the assembly.
Both technical assistance, retrofitting and production are based on high quality of components and spare parts, and most of all on staff's responsiveness and proactivity.
BRF can integrate transfer machines with multifunction heads and add motion axis at a station (until 5, with a slide), allowing complex interpolations to thread, lathe conical threadings, milling threads. The possibility to move on different axis allows to avoid the application of complex tools, that could have calibration issues, preferring instead single-point cutting-tools. That makes the machine extremely flexible, and able to do both standard and complex works. Also, it can extraordinarily decrease the duration of the productive cycle: a crucial feature in machines that has to produce billions of pieces (mostly thermohydraulic and automotive fittings).
Our idea of flexibility involves also materials: that's why we develop machines that can treat different kind of materials, from aluminium to steel, and in this way distinguish from other kind of less flexible machines, specifically developed for only one material or application.
Moreover, we can offer second-hand machines to be refurbished and renewed, according to customer's productive needs and always complying with the current certifications.
